These general terms and conditions define the booking and cancellation terms applicable to all services offered by INDIE GROUP, operated by SAS INDIE GROUP, whose registered office is located at 104 Rue du Tibouren 83350 Ramatuelle, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Fréjus under number 89868230700035.
Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Reservations may be made:
- Via the establishment’s website;
- By telephone;
- Through a partner platform.
A booking is considered final only after:
- Written confirmation (email or SMS);
- And/or payment of a deposit when required.
The establishment reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking for legitimate reasons (force majeure, technical incident, prior inappropriate behavior, etc.).
For certain bookings (groups, events, VIP tables, high season, etc.), a deposit or credit card guarantee may be required.
The deposit is charged and deducted from the final invoice.
In the event of late cancellation, the deposit may be retained as compensation.
Individual Cancellation
Any cancellation must be made at least [24h / 48h] before the date and time of the reservation.
After this deadline:
- The deposit will be retained;
- Or a fixed amount of [X € per person] may be charged in the case of a card guarantee.
Group Cancellation (from [X] persons)
Any modification or cancellation must be made at least [72h / 5 days] prior to the service.
Failing this, the establishment reserves the right to charge:
- All or part of the scheduled amount;
- Or a guaranteed minimum amount per person.
In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation:
- The deposit will be retained;
- Or the agreed fixed amount will be charged.
Any delay exceeding [15 / 30] minutes may result in the table being released, without entitlement to compensation.
The establishment shall not be held liable in the event of cancellation or modification due to force majeure (exceptional weather conditions, administrative decisions, technical incidents, strikes, natural disasters, etc.).
Information collected during the booking process is used solely for reservation management purposes and is processed in accordance with applicable regulations, notably the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts within the district of the company’s registered office.
